The new BMT150 Toothsetter is designed to be an economical and efficient solution for small- to medium-sized timber processing companies that want to improve their cutting performance with properly set teeth on their bandsaw blades.
The BMT150 advances the blade and sets two teeth at a time with one pull of the lever. It sets teeth from both sides of the blade at the same time, so after one cycle, the setting process is complete.
The BMT150 handles 25mm-76mm blades, can set from 6mm to 32mm tooth spacing, and can finely adjust tooth space indexing. A set gauge is included and precisely measures the set in each tooth to ensure your tooth set is accurate and ready to cut like a new blade again.
